BURNT HILL

On a windswept hillside overlooking the Appalachian Mountains, lives a 117-acre polyculture paradise — where honeybees hum, longwool sheep graze, and woodland hogs forage. Wild things roam freely among old growth forests, sun-soaked vineyards, rolling pastures, heritage grains, fruit trees, and meadows of wildflowers.

MISSION

We’re a small team cultivating the most beautiful farm — farming regeneratively, integrating animals, and working by hand to craft estate wines that capture our distinct geology, airy landscape, and obsessive attention to detail.

ON THE HORIZON

Soon, we’ll welcome guests to experience Burnt Hill magic and deep hospitality — to taste wines grown in living soils on this wild hillside, to gather around the table, and to feel the beauty of a farm built slowly, by hand, and in rhythm with nature.
