The best way to experience a regions agriculture is by eating and drinking from the land. Indulge in a spectacular meal prepared over an open fire featuring ingredients from the Mid-Atlantic’s finest farms and purveyors. Guests will revel in a dining experience that’s authentic, delicious and fun.

Immersion is the truest way to experience the cycles of agriculture. Wake up with the sun, prepare a pot of coffee over the fire, take a stroll through the vineyard, hike in the woods, eat and drink from the land, sleep under the stars. Summer Solstice provides an opportunity for a limited number of guests to camp on the farm, discovering the rhythms of farm life and enjoying the abundance of the agricultural reserve. Our farm connects directly to Little Bennett Park offering easy access to 3,700 acres of beautiful scenery and 25 miles of hiking trails.

The interconnectivity of nature challenges us to work and learn together. To this end, we invite you to join us in the old barn to hear from progressive winemakers, farmers, chefs, artists and scientists. Participants will be encouraged to listen deeply, ask questions and speak from their own experiences.
